Copyright & DMCA Policy

Last updated: August 2026

1. Our Position on Copyright

MIEtheRED Software & Web Solutions LLC respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects collectors using Vaultset to do the same. Vaultset hosts content uploaded by its users — marketplace listings, profile images, pack reveals, card photographs, reviews, and messages — and we respond to properly submitted notices of claimed infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512).

Trading card names, artwork, and imagery are the property of their respective rights holders. Pokémon and all related names, characters, and imagery are trademarks of Nintendo, Game Freak, and Creatures Inc.; Vaultset is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by these companies. See our Terms of Service for more.

2. Designated Copyright Agent

Notices of claimed copyright infringement should be sent to our designated agent:

Legal Department

MIEtheRED Software & Web Solutions LLC

11785 W Hidden Point St

Star, ID 83669

United States

Email: legal@vaultset.app

Please use this address only for copyright notices. General questions, account problems, and support requests should go through our contact page — notices sent elsewhere may not reach the agent and may take longer to process.

3. Submitting a Notice of Infringement

To be effective under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), your notice must be a written communication that includes substantially all of the following:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed — or, if multiple works at a single site are covered by one notice, a representative list of those works.
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and that is to be removed, with enough detail for us to locate it — a direct URL to the listing, profile, or image is best.
  4. Information reasonably sufficient for us to contact you: address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

An incomplete notice may not be effective and may delay our response. Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing can make you liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.

4. What Happens Next

On receipt of an effective notice, we will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the material identified. We will make a reasonable attempt to notify the user who posted it, provide them a copy of the notice, and inform them of their right to submit a counter-notification.

5. Counter-Notification

If you believe your material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to the agent above. Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3) it must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material removed and the location at which it appeared before removal.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district in which Vaultset may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the complainant or their agent.

If we receive a valid counter-notification, we may restore the material in 10 to 14 business days unless the original complainant notifies us that they have filed an action seeking a court order to restrain the allegedly infringing activity.

6. Repeat Infringers

We maintain a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers. Accounts that accumulate multiple valid, uncontested infringement notices will be suspended or permanently terminated, and we may decline to restore access. This policy applies alongside the enforcement rights described in our Terms of Service.

7. Trademark & Counterfeit Reports

The process above covers copyright. If you are a rights holder reporting a counterfeit or trademark-infringing listing, email the address above with the listing URL, the mark at issue, and the basis for your claim. Vaultset does not authenticate cards and is not a party to transactions between collectors, but we remove listings identified as counterfeit and act against the accounts responsible.

Collectors who spot a suspicious listing should use the in-app report control on the listing itself, which routes to the same review queue.
